development and the design and delivery of employee development programs
that has strengthened the leadership capability for 4000 plus managers.
- Designed and implemented the Openreach leadership strategy, including OD
programmes that focused on embedding and sustaining a positive shift in
Leadership competencies across Openreach.
- Built robust senior relationships that influenced major leadership and
behaviour development decisions, including the implementation of full
