Wau River Lodge, Southern Sudan: (a 38 roomed lodge that includes 5 VIP cottages, 9 Deluxe rooms, 9 Basic rooms and 15 self contained tents:

Responsible for managing a team of around 45 people all administration and procurement, all staff and HR issues, training and systems, plus the maintenance of all vehicles, generators, water filtration plant, swimming pool, plumbing, electrical operations, air conditioners.
The lodge has 40 rooms and tents including 5 VIP cottages, 9 Deluxe rooms, 9 Basic rooms and 15 self contained tents.
Turnaround the lodge that is visited by senior civil servants, government officials, high ranking military personnel and visiting dignitaries.
Introduced a pool table and TV Lounge, and oversaw the bookings of the business centre, conference facilities and internet café on site and outside Catering.
Reconstructed business practices and procedures and implemented Quality systems and Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) that covered HR and IT, procedures.
Developed strong working relationships with the key state players.
Refurbished and redecorated the entire compound both aesthetically and mechanically.
Promoted the brand image.
